cb consulting was founded in 2007 by Volker Ballueder. The vision of cb consulting is to provide tailor made solutions to enhance your life and performance from within. Additional to personal development, Volker works as a consultant for Online Marketing Solutions. 

cb consulting offers its services in London ranging from  Marketing and Management Consulting to Coaching and Personal Development Training.

VOLKER BALLUEDER - BIO

Volker was born in Germany. During his high-school years he spent a year living in the USA. After his high school graduation and military service teaching Volker Ballueder a lot about different leadership techniques, he pursued studies in engineering and management in Darmstadt, Germany. Being a member of a student group he gained valuable experience in organisational, leadership and team-working skills. For younger students he offered career and development coaching which he continues doing ever since. That is when he first got involved with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Transactional Analysis.

In 2001, Volker Ballueder wrote a paper on Hellinger's Family Constellation Theory and continued his studies at Aberdeen University where he graduated with a 'first class' Bachelor (Honours) degree in mechanical engineering with management in 2003. During that degree he wrote a paper on Innovation in the Oil and Gas Industry. 

In the summer of 2003 Volker Ballueder achieved his Master Practitioner in NLP and DBM (Development of Behaviour Models) with Sensory Systems in Glasgow. Whilst studying for his MBA degree at Aberdeen University Business School in which his main focus was on Human Resources, Leadership, Marketing and Creativity Courses, he worked part time as a German teacher.
During his studies he wrote a paper on Emotional Intelligence as part of his MBA degree which he finished 'with commendation' in 2004.

Since 2004 Volker Ballueder has been living with his wife in London and currently work within the Online Marketing Industry, having a good insight into various online marketing channels. Prior to that position, Volker gained valuable experinece in sales, marketing and business development in various positions; Volker worked within and lead teams as well as sold face to face in emerging markets.

In his spare time he spends time with his family, enjoys sports, cooking, and a game of chess.
